A Membership program makes it possible to integrate regular services into a personal wellness program such as facials to promote healthy skin and massage for its therapeutic and relief of stress. Members are entitled to significant discounts on all treatments at the clinic. You regularly receive a 10% - 20% discount on all treatments, and a 10% - 15% discount on Laser.

FAQ
How is the payment?
To purchase a membership contract you may pay a nonrefundable prepaid payment for a six-month commitment.
Can someone else use my membership?
No. Memberships are not exchangeable, transferable or refundable.
Can I cancel the program?
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of one year. If you are a member more than 4 months, you may still use your clinic’s credits for qualified services until they are all used. These credits have no cash value, and will not be refunded. If you are a member for less than 4 months, you may only apply the dollar value of the credits toward any full priced service. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.
How long is my commitment?
For as long as you want it to be. You are a member until you notify us to cancel it. Membership contracts are established for 6 months.
Can my family or friend get my Membership pricing?
Your Membership Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 10-15% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or family members.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If a member must cancel an appointment, the member will be accommodated at the next open time in the schedule. You will be charged $50 for missed or late notice of cancellation (less than 24 hours notice). If late notice or missed appointments occurs, the membership service booked will be considered used for the month. All other member benefits will still be available.
Should things change you can always call that day and see if any appointments are available.
Is there any age restrictions?
Tulip Laser Clinic Memberships are provided for clients ages 18 and up.
MEMBERSHIP CONSIDERATIONS
-We reserve the right to change specific procedures at any time and will provide an appropriate alternative.
-Treatments must be used per the Membership agreement schedule and cannot be accumulated or transferred to the following month.
-Each member may have 1-2 guest visits per year depending on the membership purchased.
-All Tulip Laser Clinic Memberships are purchased, booked and maintained through our Clinic Coordinator. Call our Clinic Coordinator for questions, add-on services, special requests, or a pre-booking tour.
